For Prescribers

When to Consider Compounding

Providers may consider compounding when a commercially available medication is not appropriate for an individual patient, for example, when a different dosage form, customized strength, or specific ingredient considerations are required.

Formulation Resources and Provider Collaboration

Kubat Compounding collaborates with prescribers to prepare patient-specific formulations in alignment with prescription requirements and applicable regulations. As a member of Professional Compounding Centers of America (PCCA), we have access to a large library of reviewed formulations under continual evaluation. When appropriate, we collaborate with providers on formulation considerations to meet individual prescription needs.
